Booths - Possible
size
This is flexible depending on your needs. The maximum booth
size is 35 sqm (it might be possible to fit in one or two 60 sqm
booths), the minimum size is 3 sqm.
Rates
The price is 345 €/ sqm or 3000 SEK/ sqm.
Features
A standard booth includes a carpet, white partition walls, one table,
two chairs and spotlights.
Insurance
You are responsible for insuring your own equipment that you will
bring to your booth.
Refreshments
If you want to serve refreshments/ snacks/ light food in
your booth, please contact the catering firm "Baldakine"
at the ESOF2004 venue. You can't bring your own food in your booth.

Benefits
The ESOF2004 Open Forum will bring together a large group of international
scientists, policy makers, politicians, industry, teachers, students,
media and the general public. They are all interested in discovering and
influencing the European science in the making, and you as a potential
exhibitor can be seen and actively participate in that dialogue.
Benefits that you will receive include two free registration passes,
your exhibitor description printed in the official program and online,
as well as a link from the ESOF2004 website to your own organisational
site.
How to sign-up
Please send the following information to

- Preferred square meters (We will do our best to accommodate your needs,
and we will get back to you for a final confirmation of a possible size
of your booth.)

Shipping of booth materials
If needed, your booth materials can be shipped to the venue beforehand.
Please note that the venue can start to
store your material on Monday 23
August (please do not send materials before this date).

Please mark your materials with your organisation's name as well as your
booth number.
Pick-up of your materials
At Folkets Hus, your materials can be picked up either at your booth location
or at the Folkets Hus reception. At Norra Latin, your materials can be
picked up either at your booth location or in room 101, the Marble Vault,
first floor (depending on the size of the materials that you are shipping).

The exhibitor is responsible
for the entire cost of space if the contract is cancelled.
Confirmation
Your participation as an exhibitor is confirmed when the payment has been
registered at ESOF2004.
After Confirmation
After confirmation of the actual exhibit space, you will have
the chance to ask for extra features for your booth (such as extra furniture,
internet access and specific electricity needs). Jan Erik Wikström
at Wikström Reklam & Produktion AB, will be our contact person
for this. He will come back to you with more details.
Registration
You will be contacted by Congrex,
the organization that takes care of our registration passes. They will
ask you for names and contact information of the two people of your organization
that
will come in for free (part of the benefits for exhibitors).
Please register on-line the additional
persons that will be in your booth (more than the 2 free passes) at, under
the category “participant”.
