Exhibitors
In the ESOF2004 concept, there are also Exhibitors possibilities.
ESOF2004 will bring together a large group of international scientists,
policy makers, politicians, industry, teachers, students, media
and the general public. They are all interested in discovering and
influencing the European science in the making. As an ESOF2004 exhibitor,
one can be seen and actively participate in that dialogue.

Installation
Wednesday, 25 August, 8-11 am
Registration - two persons get free entrance
Two persons that work in the booth for an exhibitor, will get free
entrance to ESOF2004 (incl. the plenary lectures and sessions).
These two persons must, however, register before at the registration
desk to get their badges. If more than two persons work in the monter
these will have to pay the fee.
Exposition Hours
Wednesday, 25 August, 12 am – 6.30 pm
Thursday, 26 August, 9 am – 6.30 pm
Friday, 27 August, 9 am – 6.30 pm
Saturday, 28 August, 9 am – 2 pm
Dismantle
Saturday, 28 August, 2 pm – 6 pm

Shipping of booth materials
If needed, your booth materials can be shipped to the venue
beforehand. Please note that the
venue can start to store your material on Monday 23
August (please do not send materials before
this date).

Please mark your materials with your organisation's name as
well as your booth number.
Pick-up of your materials
At Folkets Hus, your materials can be picked up either at
your booth location or at the Folkets Hus reception. At Norra
Latin, your materials can be picked up either at your booth
location or in room 101, the Marble Vault, first floor (depending
on the size of the materials that you are shipping).
