The Press Centre is located on floor 3, room nr 300 and 307, close to the Congress Hall, in Folkets Hus, Barnhusgatan 12-14.

Facilities
The Press Centre facilities include the following areas:

• Press Briefing room (room 307)
  Please see schedule for press briefings (coming up soon!)
• Computer room (room 300)
  The computer room comes with 15 desktops with internet connections, 4 internet connections for your own laptops, one ISDN connection, two faxes and two phone lines (phone calls within Sweden free of charge, we charge for mobilel phone and foreign calls).
• Press Lounge
  Meet colleagues from all over the world while having a cup of coffee and other small refreshments. Here you can also find all the speaker papers (press releases)
• Press Interview Room
  There is one interview room in the Press Centre. Other press interview rooms can be found in Folkets Hus at floor 4, room 401, and in Norra Latin at floor 4, room 451.
• Folkets Hus Reception (not part of the actual Press Centre)
  Here you can make copies. Folkets Hus charges you for this.

Staff
The will be press officer support available during the whole Open Forum. In addition to this there will be a team of volunteers to assist you with your various press requirements.

Press Kit
You will receive a press kit, with your conference bag upon registration at the venue on Wednesday 25 August. In the Press Kit you will find some general information about Stockholm, background information about Euroscience and ESOF2004, the schedule for the Press Briefings, your invitation to the Press Reception and other useful information.
