Press Registration

The On-Line Registration is now closed!

Welcome to the Registration and Hotel Reservation for members of the press! Fully accredited members of the press are invited to attend ESOF2004 free of charge, but still have to register for the event.

The following is included in the registration:

- admission to the Forum and to the exhibition
- the ESOF2004 programme book
- receptions, free of charge (Presidents Reception, Reception at the Stockholm City Hall and the Press Reception)

How do you register for ESOF2004?
To get free entrance to ESOF2004 you have to bring your official media accreditation!

When and How do you register at the venue?
You register on Wednesday 25 August, at the Entrance of Folkets Hus, between 09.00-20.00, where you also will receive your press badge and your press-kit.

Hotel Information
Concerning hotels, our Professional Conference Organiser, Congrex has been negotiating with several of the best hotels in Stockholm. You will find information and prices for these in the On-line form! The rates for the hotels are in SEK, per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax and service. The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Stockholm and the venue (Stockholm City Conference Centre, Norra Latin) is accessible with public transportation (or walking distance). All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television, pay-TV and breakfast facilities.

If you are looking for low-cost hotels we also have a special list for this kind of accommodation. Reservation concerning these alternative hotels/hostels is not made in the On-line form, but by contacting the different facilities by phone or e-mail. We also provide you with a special list for low-cost flights.
